We welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds, including:
- Aspiring Security Service Candidates: Young men and women looking for physical conditioning, drill discipline, and pre-enlistment mentorship for the Ghana Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) or other security agencies.
- Youth & Students: Individuals seeking leadership development, practical life skills, team-building, and outdoor adventure training.
- Volunteers & Community Champions: Community-minded citizens eager to participate in civic development, emergency response training, and social service projects.
- Professionals & Artisans: Individuals with skills in administration, security, physical training, or technical trades looking to contribute to our support services.
General Requirements
To become a member or trainee of Auxiliary Corps Ghana, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
- Nationality: Open to Ghanaian citizens (and legal residents for specific training programs).
- Age: Minimum 18 years old for full membership and advanced boot camps (youth/student programs available for younger cohorts).
- Character: Must be law-abiding, disciplined, and of good moral standing with no criminal history.
- Fitness: Must be physically active and medically fit to participate in physical conditioning and outdoor drills.
- Commitment: Willingness to adhere to institutional core values: Discipline, Integrity, Professionalism, Leadership, Teamwork, Service to Community, and Excellence.

- Submit Your Application: Fill out the recruitment form with your basic details, background, and specific areas of interest (e.g., PTI/Fitness Training, Leadership Boot Camps, Community Service, Security Consultancy Support).
- Orientation & Interview: Attend an introductory orientation session at our Accra office to learn about our code of conduct, training schedule, and expectations.
